Commercial inquiries
When you submit an advertising or sponsored-content application, we may collect the company or product name, product URL, campaign goal or proposed angle, contact email, optional Telegram username, selected package, attribution data and an application identifier. We use this information to review fit, respond to the inquiry, operate the commercial workflow and keep a record of the submission.
Telegram routing
Commercial inquiries may be forwarded to the Interface Report commercial desk in Telegram so the editorial team can review and respond. If you choose to continue through Telegram, Telegram processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Newsletter
When you submit the newsletter form, we store your email address, the signup source, request time and confirmation status in a private Google Sheet. Google Apps Script sends a confirmation email through the publication's Gmail account. We send weekly editorial issues only after you confirm your address. Each issue has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing changes your status so no further issues are sent. We keep delivery and issue records to operate the newsletter. To request deletion of your address and associated records, contact us through the Contact page. Google processes the data needed to provide Sheets, Apps Script and Gmail.
Analytics
The site contains hooks for measuring newsletter and advertiser-funnel events, but analytics should only be treated as active when a production analytics container is actually configured. We aim to minimize unnecessary tracking and will add consent controls where required before enabling non-essential or personalized tracking.
Hosting and technical logs
Hosting and serverless infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and operate submitted forms. Do not send sensitive personal or payment information through editorial or advertising brief fields.
Payments
Interface Report does not collect card details in its application forms. If a commercial application is accepted, payment may be completed through PayPal. Payment information is then processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy practices.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell submitted contact information as a data product. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the site, newsletter, communications, analytics or payments only as needed for those functions.
Your choices
Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link provided in newsletter messages. For reasonable questions about a commercial submission or privacy request, use the publication Contact page.
Changes
This policy should be revised when material providers, tracking practices or data flows change. The review date above indicates the current published version.
